April 2026 Tabletalk

The April 2026 issue of Tabletalk will provide an overview of the life of William Tyndale and his work on the English Bible. The year 2026 marks the five-hundredth anniversary of the publication of the complete New Testament in English by William Tyndale, the first translation into English from the original Greek of all twenty-seven books of the New Testament. Tyndale’s life is an inspiration to Christians today, and his Bible continues to influence English Bible translations, world missions, and more. This issue of Tabletalk will look at the life of Tyndale and the formative role that his English translation has had on Bible translation and on the English language.
